JCHL Algebra 15: Sketching Quadratic Curves
You’ll learn
- Factorise and solve to find the roots — these are where the curve CROSSES the x-axis
- A positive x² gives a U-shape (smile); a negative x² gives an n-shape (frown)
- The curve crosses the y-axis at the constant (the number at the end)
